Virtual reference service “A question for a librarian”

Remote service

• requests for the availability of a specific document in the library collections;
• application for e – a copy of the document;
• thematic queries (certificates containing a list of documents on a specific topic);
• factual queries (information about a specific event, organization, famous person, definition of a term from reference books, encyclopedias, etc.). For this request, the user receives a certificate indicating the source of information;
• clarifying requests.

Requests are accepted daily in Kazakh and Russian and are processed in the order in which they are received. The time period for completing requests is from 1 to 3 days.
