The Irtysh-Bayan region is distinguished by talented and moral citizens. One of them is a famous composer, teacher, honored worker of education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, cultural figure of the Republic of Kazakhstan, professor Nazymbek Sabitovich Dukenbay.

Nazymbek Sabitovich Dukenbay devoted most of his life to art and education.
