A new book “Producer Mamandygy” has appeared in the library. Authors: Aliya Uvalzhanova and Gulnara Abikeeva. The gift on behalf of the authors was transferred to the library by senior teacher Taishanov Talgat Turganbayuly. Friend of the library, Talgat Taishanov - director of photography, director, “Excellence in the field of culture of the Republic of Kazakhstan”, full member of the National Academy of Cinematographic Arts and Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan, academician of the Eurasian Academy of Television and Radio of the CIS countries, member of the Union of Cinematographers of the CIS States, member of the Union of Journalists of Kazakhstan. He constantly collaborates with the library and contributes to the replenishment of the library’s collection with books on popular specialties. The book “Producer Mamandygy” is the first work in the Republic of Kazakhstan on the production of domestic film and television materials. The publication may be useful to those who want to become a producer, and to anyone interested in cinema.

The book talks not only about how to make a film or television series, but also touches on such important issues as organizing office work, the technology of filming a television series, and what are the basic work responsibilities of certain people on the set and in the office. The producer shares his experience in protecting copyrights and drawing up contracts with both project participants and partners.
