Rakhat-Bi Abdyssagin (Kazakhstan) — Artistic Director and Chairman of Jury, composer and pianist, author of 2 operas and more than 150 classical music compositions. Master of Art Sciences, winner of ‘Daryn’ State Youth Award, holder of the Honorary Badge ‘For Merits in the Development of Culture and Art’ of the CIS Interparliamentary Assembly, member of Association of Tchaikovsky Competition Stars. Winner of the National project ‘100 new faces of Kazakhstan’.

Mark Andre (France/Germany) — composer, famous representative of new music, winner of Ernst von Siemens Composers’ Prize (2002), member of the Berlin Academy of Arts (2009), the Saxon Academy of Arts (2010) and the Academy of Fine Arts Munich (2012). Professor of Hochschule für Musik Carl Maria von Weber Dresden (Germany), lecturer of ‘Impuls’ International Ensemble and Composers Academy for Contemporary Music (Graz, Austria).

Yuri Kasparov (Russia) — composer, Professor of Moscow State Tchaikovsky Conservatory. Honored Artist of the Russian Federation. Chevalier de ‘L’Ordre des Arts et des Lettres’ of France. Was awarded the badge of Kazakhstan ‘Madeniet Salasinin Uzdigi’.

Claude Ledoux (Belgium) — composer, active figure in new musical directions in Europe, researcher of Asian music, sounds and traditional art. Member of the Royal Academies for Science and the Arts of Belgium, Professor of Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique et de Danse de Paris (France) and Conservatoire Royal de Mons (Belgium), Director of LAPS Ensemble.

Tristan Murail (France) — composer, one of the creators of the spectral technique, the most significant author of contemporary music in France and Europe, a recognized leader in the world of new music, one of the founders of the Ensemble l’Itinéraire. Winner of the Prix de Rome (1971), Professor of Columbia University in New York City (the USA, 1997-2010), he was guest professor at the Mozarteum University in Salzburg (Austria). Since 2015 he is a guest professor at the Shanghai Conservatory of Music (China).

Alessandro Solbiati (Italy) — composer, Professor of Composition at the Conservatorio di Musica ‘Giuseppe Verdi’ in Milan. His works are regularly recorded for Stradivarius, Decca, EmaVinciRecords, Limen Music, Bis Records, Tactus et al.
